I am a registered Nurse and Midwife with over 20 years experience welcoming babies into the world. I am also a Private Subconscious Mind Therapist. I created the Calmbirth Childbirth Education program in 2004. As a midwife in a country hospital I witnessed mothers whose experience of childbirth was one of fear, anxiety and trauma. Calmbirth was developed as a result of my search for a means which would allow all mothers the opportunity to rediscover their birth power and joy.
Since starting the program I have taken over 2,500 couples through the classes. Couples travel to lovely Mittagong/Bowral for a weekend class from as far afield as Darwin, Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney and country NSW. The classes are also very popular with local couples.
