Biography

Pregnancy and birth is one of life's greatest transitions and I believe that with the tools you gain through Calmbirth it is an experience that will see you confidently meet your new role as parents. Calmbirth is designed to help couples replace fear, stress and anxiety with skills that will help women to birth their babies calmly, fearlessly, safely and confidently. Having been through a great variety of the transitions that life has brought my way, I have become passionate about walking this journey with others to help support them and help them discover the greatness that lies within. I am a mother of three children and have worked as a doula since 2015 and I am currently completing my midwifery studies. As a Calmbirth Educator my aim is to empower couples and help them discover the choices they have within maternity care and understand the incredible way their body is designed to birth their babies well. No matter how you plan to bring your baby into this world Calmbirth will help you to feel confident in your body and your choices!
