Biography

I am the very proud mother of my 11 yr old 'calmbirth' son, and have had the honor of supporting many women and their partners during their birthing experience and through the deeply transformational phase of preparing for birth and post birth. 

I have an Advanced Diploma in Health and Yoga & specialize in Prenatal Yoga. I am a senior Doula with over 12 years experience in the birthing room.

I have been a Calmbirth Educator for 10yrs along with running my own successful businesses both online and in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. I myself prepared for the birth of my baby with Calmbirth, I know firsthand how profoundly these techniques assisted myself, my partner and our baby, & I feel passionate to share this wonderful preparation with other couples.

Calmbirth beautifully compliments the teachings of yoga, empowering women and their partners to use their own inner resources and to feel confident, relaxed and excited about the birth of their baby.
