I had long thought I had the best job in the world....being a midwife. Being present at one of the most memorable occasions of a couple's life, and watching as the little one adjusts to life 'on the outside', then seeks the faces of voices so well known....I have always loved helping to make this experience really special. Then I found Calmbirth ... now I Know I have the best job in the world! This wonderful program really helps you to answer your own questions about your birth....it fills in the gaps, which leaves you with a great feeling of knowing what to expect and what you can do about it.....to make your experience joyful and positive. Your ability to induce a sense of calm and confidence as you approach your birthing day, leaves fear behind and lets you feel the happiness and power you deserve at this time. I've been a midwife for over 20 years, working in a friendly maternity unit on the Mid North Coast of NSW. My husband and I have four great children, each birth different and memorable for us. I am so passionate about the great benefits to myself, my family and the couples I have shared Calmbirth with.....I wish everyone to feel this positive. I look forward to each and every experience. I have a weekend set of classes once a month, and am happy to make personal arrangements as well.
