Biography

In addition to being a Calmbirth Educator, I am a perinatal counsellor and a mother of three wonderful (now adult!) offspring. I have worked as a birth and postnatal doula since 2004 and in that time have become well respected and sought after. My philosophy centres around a woman having the best possible birth that she can have, which would leave her feeling empowered and fulfilled. My knowledge of childbirth and the perinatal period is extensive and confidence in women to birth their babies beautifully is unwavering. I am thrilled to be able to present the Calmbirth program to couples, so that they can utilize this knowledge to achieve their own calm and joyful birth experience.
