Breaking News – Calmbirth antenatal program is coming to St George Hospital in June…


Lorena Matthews, Divisional Director Women’s & Children’s Health at St George Hospital says,  “I am very excited to announce St George Hospital will be partnering with Calmbirth to provide childbirth education courses. The courses will be facilitated by trained Calmbirth educators and are available for pregnant women wanting to feel more empowered and enabled during their labour and birth”.

St George Hospital is located in Kogarah and provides care for local women throughout their pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal period.

Women experiencing high or low risk pregnancies receive world-class care from experienced midwives and obstetric doctors at St George Hospital.

The Birth Unit at St George Hospital has eight state-of-the-art birthing rooms, each with deep baths, providing a calm environment for labour and birth and provides the highest quality care and support to families.

Calmbirth Director, Karen McClay says, “:We are so thrilled to be partnering with St George Hospital.
