This series of Calmbirth Calmparent Guided Relaxations has been put together and offered through Calmbirth as a contribution to assist new parents in their recovery from birth and their transition into parenthood. The goal of this series of relaxations is simply to reinforce the importance of the mind-body connection during this early postnatal period, with a focus on enhancing your skills of relaxing, recovery and healing as well as emphasising the importance of connecting with your baby and with each other.

And although these Relaxations have been developed for the postpartum period, they are relaxations that will be enjoyed by anyone who feels they need a little time for themselves.
