Love Notes: Emilia

“Hi Ash,

Just wanted to share the good news that Damien and I welcomed our beautiful daughter, Emilia Kathleen, to the world on Thursday 18 December 2025 at 8.47am born via planned C-section at Tamworth hospital.

Many thanks to you and your Calmbirth C-section course – I was able to stay calm through the whole process and we felt well prepared for what was going to happen to me. It was the redeeming beautiful birth that we needed after the difficult birth of our oldest son.

Thank you so much for your work in helping us prepare for this birth!”
