Having been through a great variety of the transitions that life has brought my way, I have become passionate about walking this journey with others to help support them and help them discover the greatness that lies within. I am a mother of three children and have supported women through pregnancy and birth since 2015 and became a midwife in 2020.
As a Calmbirth Educator my aim is to empower couples to discover the choices they have within maternity care and understand the incredible way their body is designed to birth their babies well. No matter how you plan to bring your baby into this world Calmbirth will help you to feel confident in your body and your choices! Calmbirth creates a bridge between understanding the physiology of how our bodies give birth and how our thoughts and beliefs play a major role in the entire process.
