What I love about where I live…is the access to good food and being close to friends and family.
The three essential things you need to take with you into labour are…I love keeping it simple with just the essentials. Having water on hand, snacks I enjoy, and clothes that make me feel good helps me feel comfortable and at ease in my space.
What I do to relax when I’m not working is…I love a peaceful evening watching Netflix and Disney with my partner.
My Most memorable moment as a Calmbirth Educator is…I once had a couple carrying the weight of previous birth trauma, and after the class, the dad shared the tools he had added to his toolbox to encourage and support his beautiful partner. It was such a powerful reminder of the impact this preparation can have.
I can’t live without…spice! I love my food spicy.
The person I admire most is…is my partner and his dedication to his family and friends. He has a wonderful way with people.
The best advice I ever got in my life was…You can’t control the waves, but you can learn how to ride them
If you had to describe how seeing a baby being born makes you feel…Watching a baby being born feels like witnessing something truly magical — the beautiful moment a family grows.There’s a mix of excitement, fear, and pure joy, and I often imagine all the laughter and memories they’ll share together in the years to come.
