My name is Katrina Ham and I am a Midwife/Registered Nurse and Calmbirth Educator.

Firstly I would like to Congratulate you and your partner on the wonderful and exciting journey you are about to embark! As a Midwife and Calmbirth Educator I am passionate about educating women and their partners to allow them to create their own positive birthing experience. I believe a woman’s pregnancy and birth to be a very significant yet natural event. Therefore if given knowledge and understanding through education, can prepare them to approach pregnancy and birth with fearless confidence. I have been privileged to witness many couples that the Calmbirth program has had a positive impact on since becoming an educator. I am both proud and honoured to have had the opportunity to be apart of a number of those moments as an educator and a Midwife.

It is particularly rewarding to observe the couples as they employ their new life skills and create amazing memorable experiences that will remain with them forever as a family . I am excited and eager to support you and your partner in any way through your journey should you choose to undertake this program as part of your preparation.
