Ani and Diran’s Birth Story
Little Tigran Fabricatorian, born 15/7/24 at 7:32am, 3.325kg, 51cm. we are doing well after a slightly exhausting 28hr labour. But we are absolutely loving his cute little face.
We used lots of Calmbirth tips. The breathing, meditation music, knowing the stages of labour, the positions to sit, stand while contracting, and what the partner needed to do – all helped so much. We mostly laboured at home (I was about 7cm when we got to the hospital).
And everything went much better than I thought. Definitely shouldn’t have had all those fears around the childbirth.
