Applications are now open for Calmbirth Educator Training 2020 via ZOOM

Due to the uncertainties of COVID -19 and the impact it will have on several other industries such as travel and accommodation, one thing is for certain, and that’s the Calmbirth Educator Training 2020 will be going ahead via ZOOM in September this year!

Calmbirth has decided that this year’s Calmbirth Educator Training will STILL be going ahead but will be conducted via ZOOM, so that we can continue to plan and attract midwives, doulas and birth professionals from far and wide and not be distracted with what’s happening as a result of the pandemic.

So we are calling ALL
Midwives and Doulas
Obstetricians 
And any medical or Health professionals who work in birth to join our passionate team of Cambirth Educators.

The Calmbirth Progam has been educating pregnant couples since its inception in 2004 and was developed by Peter Jackson, a midwife of over 40 years’ of experience. The program continues to be updated in collaboration with experts, including a range of birthing, education and mind-body specialists.

Calmbirth has been designed to empower and educate couples to experience birth with knowledge and confidence. Our program helps couples move past any fears and anxieties that they have about birth and parenting, and provides them with effective, evidence based tools and knowledge to move through the rest of their pregnancy working together confidently and feeling emotionally safe.

At last year’s Calmbirth Educator Training we got our very first obstetrician and his midwife doing the training, so that they could use the Calmbirth program on the women they see at their clinic and improve birth outcomes for families. So, if you’re a midwife, doula, medical or health professional who has experience working with women and family we would love to hear from you.
