Calmbirth® childbirth preparation courses are provided by educator Hannah Mai and are designed to help parents obtain information and prepare themselves for the birth of their child. 

Hannah Mai believes the information provided is accurate and reliable. Reliance upon any information or material (on the Confident Birth and Baby website), or advice received from Hannah Mai shall be at your sole risk. Hannah Mai assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information, and is not liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the use of, or reliance on, the information and material contained (on the Confident Birth and Baby website), advice given directly by Hannah Mai in response to enquiries, or any third party website linked to this website.

Pricing

Hannah Mai reserves the right to change any price at which they offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained in our catalogue or in a quote to you. She shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfil orders at old or erroneous prices.

Cancellation of booking for a class

Depending on the circumstances surrounding the need to cancel or reschedule it is expected that due respect be paid to Hannah Mai by appropriate communication, via email or phone.

Payment of Classes

A deposit is required to secure your position in the classes. The balance is paid prior to attending the class via bank transfer. Details are as follows:

If you do not attend, your deposit is not refunded. The deposit amount of $125 will be refunded for cancellations for class bookings which take place at least 4 weeks before the class date. If the booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the class date, this same amount will be reimbursed if the cancelled place is filled before the due date. 

Hannah Mai will endeavour to find a replacement for the class. If cancellation is 4 weeks or greater prior to the course date, the $125 will be reimbursed via an internet deposit to the cancelled couples bank account. Please take every care to attend to the course on the day you are booked in. We respect difficult circumstances and will extend kindness and assistance wherever possible to enable you to attend.

Hannah Mai is a caring and reasonable person who is always fair, honest and just in their business dealings. She does expect this to be reciprocated by the attendees of her courses.
