Biography

Hello dear families,

I started teaching calmbirth in Canberra 13 years ago and have developed a wonderful hub of support for our families welcoming their baby.  Our centre brings highly qualified and experienced health professionals to help you prepare for the birth and well after your baby is born. We run 3-4 classes per month. You can do calmbirth over a weekend, over two Saturdays, over 4 consecutive Thursday evenings and for the shift workers, we offer it over 2 Mondays. We also run a refresher program for those wanting to do calmbirth again for their 2nd, 3rd or 4th babies. Come along and meet us, you will be amazed at what we have created for you.
