I have been a registered Calmbirth educator on the NSW Central Coast since 2009, sharing a passion in supporting women during one of the most powerful and significant times in their lives. I strongly believe that how you feel about your birth experience stays with you over your lifetime. Inspired by my own wonderful Calmbirth experiences, I chose to add to my professional qualifications becoming a Calmbirth Educator and aim to empower families to feel confident and excited about welcoming their new babies in a calm and gentle way.As a university qualified Naturopath, I offer Calmbirth classes with a holistic approach in mind over a full weekend each month. I facilitate these classes in a beautiful traditional Mongolian Yurt, at Ourimbah. Mothers and their partners will be tempted by gourmet delights as they enjoy the peaceful and serene setting amidst the Ourimbah State Forest, leaving them feeling completely refreshed and relaxed.I look forward to sharing a Calmbirth class with you and your birth partner to enable you to make informed choices about your pregnancy, labour and birth in a manner that is best suited to your needs and offer you the confidence in your ability to birth your baby more comfortably and with greater satisfaction.
